Questions about the beta, trouble signing in, or want us to delete your information? A person on the RC team reads every message.
Signing in to RC Starter
RC Starter is open to invited beta testers. Signing in takes an email code, not a password.
- Go to starter.centricbridge.com. The sign-in page is run by Cloudflare, the service that protects RC Starter, so its address ends in cloudflareaccess.com.
- Type the email address your invitation was sent to, exactly. Only invited addresses can sign in, and any other address won't get a code.
- Tap Send login code. A one-time code arrives by email from Cloudflare.
- Type the code. The first time, RC Starter shows the beta agreement, terms and its privacy policy to read and agree to.
No code?
- Give it a few minutes, then look in your spam, junk or promotions folder. Searching your email for "Cloudflare" can help.
- Check the address you typed is the one we invited.
- Codes only work for a short time. If yours is old, go back and tap Send login code again.
- Still nothing? Email us with the address you're trying. Never send us the code itself: nobody from the RC team will ask for it.
Not invited yet?
Ask for an invite, or read how the beta works. You never type your eBay or Facebook password on the sign-in page. eBay is connected later, inside the app, on eBay's own page.

Delete your information
An invite request from this website: email centricbridge@gmail.com from the address you used (or reply to any email from us) and say "delete my invite request". We delete it within a few days. What the website keeps
Your RC Starter data: email the same address (or reply to your invitation) and say "please delete my RC Starter data". The RC Starter privacy policy, which you see before you start and can find in the app under Settings, explains what's deleted and when. Download anything you want to keep first (Settings in the app).
